Info for Guilford Faculty

  • Most of the Quaker books and periodicals are available in Library 117 and Library 120 whenever the main library is open. Many of the books can be borrowed with a Guilford I.D.
  • Students and faculty can have access to manuscript and rare book items during the hours of the Research Room (Tuesday through Friday) or by special arrangement with the librarian.
  • Students and faculty have access to primary source research materials on a variety of topics relating, but not limited, to Quaker history and belief, anti-slavery activities, conscientious objection, Quaker education, international relief work and missions, and Guilford College.
  • Consultations are available for individuals as well as classes. Contact us to explore creative ways unique special collection materials and other resources might be used in your classes — either through specific assignments or with class visits.
