Preparation Checklist

  • Contact your students to see if any are in need of a laptop or mobile device to access course work should the college close. If yes, please fill out an application form below to connect with the library. 
  • Check to see if any of the resources required in your course are available electronically through the library's subscriptions. If yes, please send those links out to your students via Canvas or email. If not, please contact Liz Wade (wadeej@guilford.edu) regarding a purchase request or submit a form using the link below. 
  • Communicate to your students that they can access the library catalogue, ebooks, streaming video, and database from off-campus. They will need their network username and password (the same ones they use for Canvas) to login.
