Guided Discovery services are available virtually as our office continues to work remotely.
Reach out to your Guide or faculty advisor for all course registration or advising questions and to make virtual appointments.
There will be NO in-person appointments in Guided Discovery at this time.
Make your appointment with your Guide in Navigate.
Your guide will contact you PRIOR to your appointment to decide on what form of communication works best for you at this time (email, phone, or another online platform).
Need immediate assistance? Access our help desk via Zoom at guilford.zoom.us/my/gdhelpdesk where one of our Integrated Advising Mentors (IAMs) are waiting and happy to assist you! IAMs can help you at our virtual desk in the following ways:
Answer questions about Guided Discovery or academic and career services, or refer you to a Guide or other campus resource
Help using Navigate and scheduling an appointment with a Guide
Help navigating Banner for course search, Degree Evaluation, or other academic services
Help navigating the Undergraduate Catalog and Degree Maps for course planning and degree information
Looking over and giving feedback on resumes and/or cover letters
Using our career services platform, Handshake, and referring you to other career services or a Career Guide
