Welcome to the Soy un Líder Scholarship and Resource website for Latino and international students!

9th annual Soy un Líder Conference 

Soy un Líder is an annual conference held at Guilford College with the goal to help educate Latino and international students and parents about how to pursue their college dreams. Latino and international youth do not usually have access to all the information and resources needed to pursue a college education. Soy un Líder strives to support these youth by providing resources for applying to college and financial aid.

As you navigate through the website you will find scholarship information for all, links to resources for undocumented students, and other tips on how to further your education goals. Deadlines may vary so do not be discouraged by passed scholarship deadlines as you can still apply in the future. For more information on the scholarships listed visit the web links or search for updated information using different search engines (ex. Google).  

Please allow yourself plenty of time to first go through the scholarships list and to gather the necessary supporting documents for the application. Plan to apply to as many scholarships possible every year.
