Canvas ePortfolio
Web - available through your Guilford Canvas account.
You can create your portfolio in Canvas and share it with people (even people who don't have a Canvas account) using a shareable link.
Google Sites
Web - free.
Google Sites lets you build websites for free. You can use it to create collaborative websites with others.
Scalar
Web - free.
"Scalar is a free, open source authoring and publishing platform that’s designed to make it easy for authors to write long-form, born-digital scholarship online." Using Scalar, you can gather media from a variety of sources, and put them together with your own writing, in many different forms.
Weebly
Web - free.
Using Weebly, you can create a personal website for free.
Wix
Web - free.
Wix lets you build personal websites for free.
Wordpress
Web - free.
With WordPress, you can build websites and blogs for personal use or class projects. It's easy to create collaborative websites in WordPress.

You can host files you'd like to share with others using Google Drive, and link to them from a website.

Google Drive
Web - free. Available through your Guilford Google Apps.
You can use Google Drive to host things you might want to link to in your website your portfolio - just change the sharing settings to make the item viewable to anyone with the link.

Not all website creation tools let you host large video files: you can upload them to YouTube or Vimeo instead, and link to or embed them on your website.

Vimeo
Web - free.
Vimeo is a video-sharing website you can use to host your videos.
YouTube
Web - free.
You can use YouTube to host your videos so others can see them - and you can easily embed them on your website or portfolio.
