An initiative of the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI), this Web site provides information and guides to resources in Native media throughout the Americas. The site provides descriptions of the 100-200 works screened each year at the museum; these descriptions are a valuable conduit to films and indigenous worldviews that are often not easily accessed by the public. The site is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and quick to load. Its contents are useful and attractive both to those with little knowledge of indigenous media and to those seeking to maintain or enhance an intimate acquaintance with indigenous radio, video, or film.
