Quaker Records

A regional group of Friends formed in 1956, and organized in 1959 as Southern Appalachian Association of Friends (SAAF). Southern Appalachian Yearly Meeting and Association became a yearly Meeting in 1970.

SAYMA includes monthly meetings and worship groups in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Monthly meetings are Asheville, Athens, Atlanta, Berea, Birmingham, Celo, Chattanooga, Columbia, Cookeville, Crossville, Foxfire (VA), Greenville (SC), Huntsville, Memphis, Nashville, Oxford, and West Knoxville. See the Monthly Meetings tab for more information on each one.
